What is the difference between the DOC and the SMC?
The Document of Compliance is issued to the company for its shore-side Safety Management System; the Safety Management Certificate is issued to each ship after an audit on board. The ISM Code requires both.
Can you act as our internal auditor?
Yes — we carry out the internal ISM and ISPS audits the codes require, in the office and on board, and report findings with corrective actions.
Which training do you deliver?
Training for Designated Persons Ashore, Company Security Officers and Ship Security Officers, plus security awareness and drills for crew, with certificates for participants.
